An inherent penchant for the continuous improvement of processes, personnel, and production quality is the driving force behind Jessica’s involvement in a variety of associations, groups, and mentorship programs. Currently, she is the only woman on the NATE Board of Directors and is seated on both the Warriors4Wireless and Michigan Wireless Association Board of Directors.  Jessica is an active member of the Women of NATE (WON) committee, Chairwoman of the WON Newsletter, Board Oversight for the Military of NATE committee, and previously served on the NATE Member Services Committee. Additionally, she participates as a representative for small business advocacy through NATE Congressional Fly-Ins, the Avetta Telecom Advisory committee, WBENC programs, and Goldman Sachs 10KSB initiatives.

Important issues to Jessica include workforce development through veteran employment, inclusion of women in skilled trades, and initiatives for a sustainable industry ecosystem.  As an entrepreneur with companies in a variety of industries, Jessica is a dynamic, multi-skilled leader with a proficiency for identifying unique solutions.  Jessica’s authenticity, enterprising disposition, and collaborative aptitude make her an excellent contributor to industry strategy and ecosystem discussions.
