Steve Roessler is a leader of high performing operations and cultural change management programs in several nationally recognized companies. He is a passionate executive who generates energy through the collective success of the team. Twenty years of experience in the aviation industry at a major airline holding a variety of leadership positions in engineering, operations, ops finance and training organizations. Ten years with one of the largest global surface transportation providers. Responsible for the company’s multi-year cultural change management program following the largest merger in industry history. Directed several key departments including engineering, maintenance, procurement, and operational efficiency.

In 2017 Steve joined Vertical Limit Construction, a Midwest based wireless construction firm operating from 5 offices and spanning 20 states. As executive vice president was responsible for increasing growth through continuously improving operations and exceeding customer’s expectations. Pioneered the development of a small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS) structural assessment program. Promoted to president in 2018 responsible for creating the company’s strategies and goals, developing and managing budgets along with identifying and driving process improvements. Merged with QualTek in 2019 creating a national one-stop infrastructure service solutions provider addressing wireline, wireless, residential and commercial fulfillment, and recovery logistics.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota, FAA Part 107 certified sUAS pilot and Minnesota NATE WIN representative.
