Lesley Liarikos joined the Tower Systems, Inc. team in 2006 as a Marketing/Operations Assistant. In 2016 she became the General Manager of Tower Systems, Inc. and in 2019 she was promoted to Vice President. She is responsible for coordinating the operations of day-to-day business, including planning administration, human resources management, project management, financial management, quality control and administrative management. She holds seven General Contractor licenses.

In addition to her qualifications as the Vice President for Tower Systems, Inc., she was the Office Manager for a fast-paced architectural firm in New York City for 20 years. During her employment in New York City, she gained experience which is directly linked to her proficiency and ability as a Vice President.

Mrs. Liarikos has strong leadership skills and good judgment. In addition, she is committed in overseeing and ensuring the business is operating efficiently and also maintaining the longevity and profitability of the business. Her communication skills, coaching and teamwork allow her to develop solid employee and customer relations.

Lesley was born and raised in New York City. She has been working in the construction industry for over 28 years. She is an active NATE Member, serving as the Florida State Liaison for the NATE Wireless Industry Network (WIN) and is an active member of the Workforce Development Committee.
