Dale Shumaker, PE, is Vice President of Business Development and Engineering at ENERTECH, the President of the Texas State Wireless Association (TXWA), and the Southwest Ambassador for the NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association WIN Program. ENERTECH is a leading wireless infrastructure provider. TXWA advocates for wireless in Texas and NATE promotes safety across the industry.

Mr. Shumaker has over twenty years of experience in wireless infrastructure development with an emphasis on commercial and public safety systems. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 22 states and has significant experience coordinating the procurement and staffing of large and complex projects. Mr. Shumaker is a recognized expert within the wireless site development community and has authored a number of papers and presentations. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Texas A&M University Internet2 Technology Evaluation Center (ITEC) and is a Past-President of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers – Travis Chapter.
